damaged print cards.
Instructions for Printing from Computers
- When printing, carefully choose either the
complete document, specific pages, or certain
highlighted text. Before documents are printed, a
screen will display the number of pages to be
printed and the total cost for those pages. Clicking
on the "OK" button will forward the print job to the
Print Release Station. The opportunity to release a
print job from the Print Release Station will be
available for 40 minutes. Print jobs do not need to
be printed immediately, especially if there are
additional print jobs to be done.
- Print jobs will be identified by computer name,
i.e. asinet1, asra, etc. and job number. The name of
the computer is clearly indicated on the monitor.
The job number will appear on an information screen
on the monitor.
- When you proceed to the print station, you will
select your print job by computer name and/or job
number. There is an additional opportunity to "OK"
the printing. Jobs may not be deleted. However, if
you choose not to print a specific job number, those
left for longer than 40 minutes will be deleted
automatically.
