Borrowing Materials

The Circulation Department performs a multitude of services for our patrons. The Circulation Department is responsible for making library cards, renewing library cards, checking books out to patrons, placing holds on materials, and accepting returned materials. The Circulation staff also mails out overdue notices and collects overdue fines.

Additionally, we provide other free services to our patrons including voter registration and notary services.

The Circulation Staff is always willing to assist you, either in person or by telephone. We will happily renew your books over the phone provided no one else is waiting for the materials. We will also accept returned library books from other libraries. The Library participates in a van delivery service that will return your items to their home library.
